The small but important muscle “brachioradialis” It’s a weird muscle that is heavily involved in Pulling This is one of the best ways I’ve found to train it with dumbbells in isolation. #fitness #exercisetips #workout #pullups #calisthenics #climbing #ninjawarrior #crossfit #motivation

@n0v3l020 This is going to help me level up my pullups! I do 100-140 per session, 3 times a week: I do 2 sets parallel grip 20 rep sets, then 2 sets each of wide 10 reps, 2 sets palms out grip 10 reps then reverse the grip for 2 sets 10 reps. Its fixed my shoulder, forearm and hand problems. For years i couldnt lift my arms further than biceps parallel to the ground!
@melnis.eriks Thank you, Sir🤝👍
@mzoutdoorz Doin’ O-A-P drills, got teared tendons of shoulder(suparspinatus,long head of biceps), also a teared bursa..now having shoulder impingement almost every time of day specially while climbing :(

@ad4_ If I did light weight with a ton of reps will that strengthen the brachialradialis?
