These terms

These terms apply to your use of picmany.com ("PicMany", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains what data the site processes.

What PicMany is

PicMany is a free, read-only viewer for content that Instagram makes public to visitors who are not logged in. It has no accounts, and you cannot post or interact with anything through it.

PicMany is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. or its affiliates, used here only to describe what the site shows.

Acceptable use

You may browse PicMany for your own use. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or download the site or its content in bulk with automated tools, other than as a search engine crawler that follows our robots.txt;
• get around the limits on how many requests one network address can make, our caching, or any other measure that protects the site, or send requests at a volume that burdens it. Requests over those limits are refused;
• use PicMany to harass, stalk, threaten or monitor anyone, or to compile information about people;
• use the site for anything unlawful or that infringes anyone else's rights, including their copyright and privacy;
• try to break into, probe, overload or otherwise disrupt the site or the servers behind it;
• present PicMany or its content as your own, or suggest that we endorse you.

We may block access from any address that breaks these rules, without notice.

Content and ownership

The profiles, photos, videos, captions and other content shown on PicMany come from public Instagram pages. They belong to the people who posted them, and Instagram's Terms of Use apply to them. PicMany claims no ownership of that content and gives you no rights in it. If you want to reuse a photo, video or text, you need permission from its owner.

The site's own design, code and text are PicMany's.

Accuracy and availability

Content is shown as Instagram served it when we last fetched it. That is usually within the past hour, but it can be older when Instagram is not answering, so counts, captions and posts may be out of date or incomplete. Pages can be temporarily unavailable for the same reason.

We may change, suspend or stop the site, or any part of it, at any time.

Links to other sites

Profiles and posts can contain links to other websites, such as a link in a bio. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them or for what they do with your data.

Removal and copyright

If your profile appears on PicMany and you want it removed, or you want to report content that infringes your copyright, follow the steps on Remove a profile, which also lists what a copyright notice needs to include.

No warranty

PicMany is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or the content on it, including that it is accurate, complete, available, fit for a particular purpose or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, PicMany and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or of content shown on it, or from not being able to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and it applies from then on. If you keep using PicMany after a change, you accept the updated terms.
