What to write about
- Questions, feedback and broken pages. For a page that does not work, include its address and what you expected to see.
- Removing a profile. Follow the steps on Remove a profile first. They include a short check that you control the account, which lets us act on your first email.
- Copyright. For a notice about a specific post or reel, see copyright notices for what the notice needs to include.
- Privacy. The Privacy Policy explains what we process and how to ask about your data.
What we cannot help with
PicMany is not Instagram and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. We cannot help with logging in, hacked or disabled accounts, recovering deleted posts, or seeing private accounts. For those, go to the Instagram Help Center.
We will never ask for your password, a login code or an identity document. Please do not send them.
When to expect a reply
We aim to answer within a few working days. We use your message only to answer it and to handle your request; the Privacy Policy says how email is handled, and the Terms of Service cover the rest of the site.
