About Liny Leon
Lyn Leon is a Swiss musical trio formed by Matthias Eser, Stephan Diethelm, and Carolyn Leonhart, known for creating a unique sound using glass instruments they invented. The group blends pop, jazz, and world rhythms with the BB-phone, verrophone, and glasröhrenspiel, producing ethereal tones and melodic arpeggios. Their style has been described as soft and tender with a relaxed atmosphere.
The band gained recognition through collaborations with Al Jarreau and as a supporting act for Peter Gabriel during the 2004 Open Air tour in Kaiserslautern. Lyn Leon’s music was released internationally via German label SPV, reaching audiences in Europe and the United States.
