@john.cpenman Wow! Parts of Margate, Ventnor, and Atlantic City have similar results on the Bayside. I just shot a video on the ocean side ( on the beach near the water's edge ), and there were not any problems that I could see. Ocean City and Atlantic City are different story. Lots of beach erosion there.

@msprnj So it’s normal, nothing different here 😂. I sold my house and moved out of there after 2 years! It’s not all fun and games especially after the summer is over. Salt water is brutal for cars!! Corrodes underneath! Thanks for video! Hope you’re all safe!
