Real growth happens in stages, increment by increment so the process can develop the personβs character and stamina for endurance. How many companies, ministries, athletes, clubs or one hits wonders (singers) do we know of who blew up too fast and are no longer around today? They were like a shooting star, it shines brightly for a moment but then its gone. Sometimes, people come on the public scene who have a brilliant intellect, a sparkling personality, or dazzling good looks. They seem to have all the right ingredients for success. But then, sometime later it may be two weeks, a year, or several years- they seem to drop out of sight and we wonder where they went.They were like a fad. Good success takes time. Many bypass the process and didnβt develop the right character and endurance to be around today. If you operate with a microwave mentality always expecting instant results then you will not last.
