@shaunpisk Marvin Sr went from Jim Harbaugh, who was an under-rated QB and bad coaching to Peyton Manning, a GOAT and Dungy as a coach. Jr is literally playing on the worst team in the best division in the NFL. Give this kid a break, a good coach, and a HoF quarterback and things might change.
