The Station Box Construction! 🎉 We're excited to share that construction of the future Riviera Station box is now underway! Have you been looking down from your block and wondering what the large excavation pit with the steel struts is all about? What you're seeing is the future Riviera Station taking shape. The concrete sections being constructed are the roof slab of the station. Although the station will eventually be built underground, construction begins from the top using a top-down construction method. This approach allows the station to be built safely beneath the completed roof slab while reducing the amount of surface space required during construction. Every milestone brings us one step closer to delivering a more connected Punggol.
