@johndelfau I disagree, he’s such a huge audience, a lot of people are going to have an opinion of the case before it is judged. He just needs one jury member to win, so pushing a narrative with documents that may not be admissible during the trial could very well work.

@mikevangoor I agree. posting “recipes” (their private correspondence) on social media is NOT helping him. basically all he’s doing is acknowledging to the world that they did indeed have some sort of association, however disputable that dynamic may be. Braden needs to lawyer up pronto and learn to conduct himself in the face of serious accusations.

@battletestedlawyer Way too much talking counsel - the bottom line is - all the prosecution has to do is prove that the girl was intoxicated. An intoxicated girl cannot give consent. And the case is over. The public doesn’t seem to understand that it’s irrelevant if she wanted it or not
