@pallupeta An incredible man but I wonder why there is such a stigma over control of your own body . I think it is wonderful that he was helped and from the sound of this he managed to reset .

@d_e_a_r_7 Since spending a lot of time around little preschooler kids, I wish that every human walked around with the confidence and freedom of a toddler / preschooler, feeling no shame about expressing themselves and putting no shame on others. Just accepting, expressing and in the moment 🥲
@intimacywith_life @robyn.johnson97 yeah for so many who are struggling it can be shaming that they cannot just let go of their pain and narratives... old 'stories' as non dual culty people like to say. i hope anyone watching this who feels that way knows that while rick rubin is an awesome human (it seems), he is looking at life through a very privileged lens.

@intimacywith_life @mawutoselly i stand by my original comment, this excerpt is clearly reductive. suicidal ideation is something that touches my life daily so unless you have a child who is suicidal, or have lost anybody close to suicide, you cannot know how harmful this kind of spiritual bypassing is. just stop.
