@mogaaarr I will stand by this, Derek Carr was better than Herbert. Everyone was always so quick to blame Carr but is willing to make every excuse for Herbert. Carr made no name players good and when they left him they never found that same success. Herbert doesn’t make anyone better and continues to fail despite being built around.

@alehall55 I’ve been saying Purdy> Herbert for years. Now that Purdy is officially breaking records, some believe me. The problem with Herbert is he doesn’t always see the rush well and his arm strength is sometimes a detriment when trying to throw a catchable ball. I still think he’s a borderline top 10 QB, but people saying he’s top 5 for years now look dumb

@mr.chiragp He ultimately carries the blame nationally as the QB (Nick Wright doesn’t make a Trent Williams/OL Mountain), but football is the ultimate team sport and there are few top 15 QBs that consistently have more going against them
