Dave Curren, Meteorologist@davesforecast Rain is in the forecast this week, but we should be focusing our attention on the wind, as it’s going to pose the bigger problems. Winds could gust to 30-40mph for a few days straight. Large waves will cause serious erosion. Ocean water will pile up at the coast, and water levels will rise. If you live in an area that is prone to salt water inundation, be aware of when high tide times are, and get your possessions to higher/dryer ground ahead of time.
