Your labs are normal. But you are still bloated, exhausted, inflamed and burned out. P.S. Comment REPLAY below and I will send you the recording of the masterclass. Most doctors do not run the right tests, or only look at what is in range. Here is what I run instead. Ferritin. Tells me about your energy, hair, thyroid and inflammation. Reverse T3 and free T3. Shows how well your thyroid is converting, which is a different question from whether it is producing. Fasting insulin. An early sign of metabolic change, even with a normal glucose. hs-CRP. Detects low-grade inflammation before it becomes something with a name. Optimal for women is under 1.0. A DUTCH cortisol pattern. Shows the shape of the curve rather than a single high or low number. Thyroid antibodies, TPO and thyroglobulin. These get missed regularly, because TSH can sit in range for years while antibodies are already elevated. Lp(a). A cardiovascular marker that is not on a standard lipid panel and that a lot of people have never had run. DHEA-S. Clues me into adrenal reserve and stress response. Homocysteine. Can signal inflammation, nutrient depletion and cardiovascular risk, and it is one of the first things I look at. RBC magnesium. More accurate than serum magnesium, because serum stays steady while storage runs down. These are not nice-to-have tests. They are the reason a lot of women finally get answers. If you want to see how I actually read them, the masterclass recording is where I put real panels on the screen and go through the order. Nervous system first, then gut, then detox, and hormones last, because hormones are the last thing to move and the first thing everybody runs. It is about an hour and it is free. Comment REPLAY below and I will send it to you. Educational purposes only. Not medical advice. #labtesting #ferritin #reverset3 #fastinginsulin #hscrp

@northejupiter I asked for blood work check up the last time (2yrs), she told me no that it could be a waste as I am healthy and test are subjective and may not give correct results. I was dumbfounded. Anyway I listened. Now 2 yrs late today, I am going to see her next month. I am thinking to myself then what’s the purpose of yearly visit if they not doing anything?
