@rash_269 I paid extra for early delivery because this Fossil watch was a birthday surprise for my father, but the delayed delivery has completely spoiled the surprise. I received a message saying the delivery partner was unable to contact me, but I checked my call records and messages and received no call or message whatsoever. If no genuine attempt was made to contact me, why was the order marked as “unable to contact”? Most importantly, why was I charged for early delivery when the service was not provided? I request an immediate refund of the early-delivery charges. Alternatively, please share the delivery partner’s contact details so I can clarify what happened directly. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment, and I expect Amazon to resolve this issue promptly.
