@srrs1974 I think the people that take these surveys don’t fly enough because I fly out of Philadelphia on a weekly basis and I find it to be a great airport compared to the others that I go to. I think Philadelphia has a whole just gets a bad rap and to be honest, I think we like it because it’s a hidden secret to be honest.

@boner_jams_04 We want CLEAN BATHROOMS! And we need better food choices. Having 5 Chickies and Pete’s is not helping anyone. There has been AWFUL food choices for years here. The same garbage. Tony Lukes grease special steaks, nothing like the street. I don’t know any brands there except for the recent additions of Oyster House, Middle Child. I hate the food court in BC because if I need something quick, I am stuck with a bunch of locations that I have no idea what I am getting!!! How can we get a Starbucks back there? Where are recognizable brands like a McDonalds, BK ETC? Why are there not long standing Philly brands in this airport like so many other airports do? And why the hell is baggage so bad?????

@dsn587 Renovating is where it stops. Every single bathroom in this airport, new or old, is absolutely foul. Fix it!

@jqofficial1 I think terminal C new bathroom by C31 needs more attention. One of the toilet frequently goes out of service every few weeks.
