This is our extra-creamy version with sweetened condensed milk—and a splash of cold brew if you want an extra kick. IB: @adriaccopa WHIPPED COFFEE 2 Tbsp instant coffee 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 2 Tbsp very hot water FOR THE DRINK 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk ⅓–½ cup milk, or as much as you like Ice Cold brew, optional MAKE IT Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl. Using a handheld mixer, whip on high for 2–4 minutes, until pale, thick and glossy with stiff peaks. In a glass, whisk together the condensed milk and milk until smooth. Fill with as much ice as you like. Spoon the whipped Dalgona coffee over the top. Add a splash of cold brew if you want it stronger, then stir everything together until creamy and frothy. TIP: Make sure you use instant coffee—it’s what gives you that thick, fluffy whipped texture. #dalgona #coffee #caffeine #coffeebreak #sweettreats
