🍪🍨 Warm Cookies and Icecream >>> 🤤 Ingredients: (makes 6 cookies) • 115g butter • 160g light brown sugar • 40g granulated sugar • 1 large egg • 2tsp vanilla extract • 320g plain flour • Itsp baking powder • Itsp bicarbonate of soda • a pinch of salt • 250g chocolate chips Instructions: 1) Whisk together your butter and both sugars 2) Add in your egg and vanilla extract 3) Fold in your flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and a pinch on salt (you may need to use your hands) 4) Mix in your chocolate chips 5) Grab a handful of cookie dough and roll it into a large ball Repeat 6 times! 6) Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 160°C fan for around 16-18 minutes! 7) Serve straight away over icecream! :) #cookie #trend #icecream #baking #recipes
