TRUE CRIME VERDICT@truecrimeverdict01 On October 21, 2021, Ali Abulaban entered the East Village high-rise apartment he used to share with his estranged wife, Ana Abulaban. Ana was there with her friend, Rayburn Barron. Ali shot and killed them both. Just six days before the shooting, the two were supposed to meet in court to finalize their divorce but never went through with it. At trial, he admitted to the killings, claiming it was a crime of passion fueled by jealousy and suspicion that Ana was cheating. The jury disagreed, convicted on two counts of first-degree murder, May 2024. Sentenced to life without parole plus 50 years to life. He’s now appealing. @elouise_change no matter what its about but also a judge can not read anyones mind. A judge must be neutral to the law and evidence but its completely against everything to judge a persons feelings. very weird behaviour to me.
