@ryan__cartier NAD+ does not cause cancer!! Here’s the study everyone’s misquoting. Case Western Reserve researchers found NAD+ precursor supplements can protect pancreatic cancer cells from chemotherapy in lab and animal models, in patients actively undergoing chemo. That finding got stripped of its context and turned into a blanket scare: “NAD+ causes cancer.” It doesn’t say that. It was never designed to say that. What the study actually covers: active cancer patients, on chemotherapy, in preclinical models. What it doesn’t cover: healthy adults, longevity use, human clinical data. Decades of human research on NAD+ precursors show no elevated cancer risk outside that narrow context. If you have active cancer and are on chemo, talk to your oncologist first that’s sound medical practice, not a reason to fear NAD+ broadly #fakenews
