thegreeneyedmama@thegreeneyedmama I recently had dinner at Temaki-ya, the hand roll spot @Bar Bushido in Norwalk, CT. Bar Bushido features a lively front izakaya and an intimate back hand roll bar Temaki-ya. The vibes were good and the service was great. We tried a variety of sushi, including Respect with wagyu, cucumber, Spanish mackerel, Botan Ebi, Hokkaido scallops, and Toro, as well as A5 wagyu, Hamachi Crudo, and duck tsukune. For drinks, I had the Pit Master 17, which was delicious. My only minor note would be that the amount of rice on the sushi was a too much compared to the seafood, but otherwise a wonderful meal! #omakase #sushi #collab #ct #foodie
