Harley Chapman | Bridal Hair + Education@harleydoeshair_ A quick high updo hack for long, heavy hair 👀 Instead of using a bobby pin bungee to secure the twist in the back, I’m using a small claw clip to hold that section in place — then wrap hair mesh around the clip to create your base. The claw clip gives you a little extra strength and support for heavier hair, while the mesh gives your bobby pins something to grab onto AND helps you build out the shape of the updo without needing a ton of extra hair. 🙌 And credit where credit is due!! @marlaestey And I bet 9 times out of 10, the client has her own claw clip on hand. So that way you don’t always have to have your own on hand going through to many at a time. But this is genius
