Reel by The Gravy Train
Ben Affleck’s physical and technical preparation for Batman was massive, transforming his body to match a 6’4” 225 Ibs comic book frame. Massive Muscle Gain: Working with trainer Walter Norton Jr., Affleck put on over 20 pounds of lean muscle, focusing on heavy compound lifts (deadlifts, squats, pull-ups with added weight) to build the thick, imposing physique of an older, battle-hardened Bruce Wayne. Functional Mobility & Combat Training: To handle the iconic warehouse fight scene, he underwent extensive martial arts and stunt training to perform fluid, high-impact combat move despite wearing a heavy, thick batsuit

@jessicameneses04 The only 2 good things Snyder did was hire Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman. That’s basically it
@mostlysober143 I think I have it figured out....Ben Affleck was a great Batman in not so good films......Christian Bale was a below average Batman in an absolutely fantastic trilogy from the point of story and direction.... however for me Micheal Keaton will always be at the top
@skellybelly01 The justice leauge movies were fine (except the new ones) and he played a really good batman
