I went back & forth for MONTHS on how I wanted to share everything I’ve been learning this year. And then I realized I was overthinking it. I love to host. I love to cook. I love setting the table, opening a bottle of something & making a thing out of it. So why not do all of that for YOU! Consider this the dinner, the lunch, the brunch party you don’t have to plan. You don’t have to make a reservation, figure out what to cook or even ask what you can bring. I’ve got it. I’ll give you step by step instructions on what I’m making, give you the DL on the table and more. For your first time over, I couldn’t just make you regular dish. This is designer pasta. Or mosaic pasta. You can choose however you want to call it. It’s filled with pesto, ricotta & mascarpone, finished with butter & sage. So… the table is set. I got dressed. Your seat is waiting!
