@damian_bhv Durch die Einteilung der 12 Runden zählt das Volumen der Schläge nicht (kommt auf denn Kampf still an) sondern die Präzision und timing, desto lockerer man ist desto härter und unerwarteter kommen auch die Schläge.

@omarbaaioun_ Different tempo and pace to maintain over a longer period…. Much more room to work with compared to 3x3s in the ammys
