Pan Fried Sicilian Pizza ASMR This native NEPA style pizza has a fried crispy bottom thanks to copious amounts of peanut oil in the bottom of the pan underneath the dough! Once the pan comes in contact with a fully preheated @bakingsteel the bottom of the pizza begins to fry very much like chicken cutlets in a cast iron skillet. It’s a soft chewy pizza to cut into with a crunchy bottom. Decadent and indulgent. NEPA style! #asmr #pizzacutter #asmreating #homemadepizza #panpizza
