🇮🇹🍸🍨 Sgroppino I will always say food and drink is its own language. When you speak the code, it opens up a world of new friends. My Italian brother @eccentric_crow made us this incredible dessert, and like myself, he likes to “bend” the rules or traditions in the name of deliciousness. I was seriously blown away. I was expecting it to be very boozy and strong, but it was so smooth, balanced, and creamy, with that little bit of chocolate note and crunch for texture.
