MBR Health@mbr_health A severe headache one month after a C-section led to an unexpected finding on MRI. This 32-year-old woman had several characteristic features on brain MRI, including downward displacement of the cerebellar tonsils, slit-like ventricles and smooth pachymeningeal thickening and enhancement. Together, these findings raised suspicion for intracranial hypotension due to a CSF leak. The next step? MRI of the lumbar spine to look for a potential site of CSF leakage, including around a previous epidural or spinal procedure. @el.figo1994 90% of the time its doctors causing damage that other doctors fix, that’s the medical cycle that feeds the hospital systems… that’s why i never go to a doctor unless I have a broken bone

@_thecaffeinatedone_ Do they tell women this before giving epidural that you may leak your fluids from nervous system. If they will I bet half of them wouldn't opt for epidural!
@cinthyawiersma I had this happen to me and had a blood epidural done after 3 days of horrible postpartum headaches to fix the problem. Worked. It was bad.
