Karate punches 🥋🤜🏻 If you’re not hitting something in your karate training (pads, bags, makiwara etc) you should probably start. Nothing teaches structure, wrist alignment and power transfer quicker than hitting a bag. Techniques done in the air are fine as a PART of training but not ALL of it. #karate #martialarts #shotokan #training

@m.rounak_ Good but still incorrect. You should be Bent perfectly and your body out while you punch. And this all mechanism should be done in seconds.
@comte_alesia Besides it’s probably better for the elbows and knees than punching and kicking air all the time.
