I just got my hands on the all-new Google Pixel 11 Pro! Can it actually take down the iPhone 17 Pro and S26 Ultra? In this episode of "What's Inside with Tejas," I’m unboxing this gorgeous Obsidian Black beauty. Google kept the packaging eco-friendly with an all-paper box. My full review is dropping very soon, so make sure you follow me so you don't miss it! 👇 #elementec #GooglePixel11Pro #TechUnboxing #SmartphoneReview #Pixel11Pro

@hadi._031 On 25 AUGUST. My Google Pixel 8 suddenly died. No warning. No physical damage. I took it to the F1 Authorised Google Service Centre in Patna. They examined the device and confirmed there was NO physical damage and NO water damage. My original charger was also tested and found to be working perfectly. Then came the diagnosis: MOTHERBOARD SHORT CIRCUIT — HARDWARE FAILURE. A phone that simply stopped working. And what did Google ask me to pay? ₹41,269. For a motherboard replacement. I escalated the matter to Google's higher support team. I was told that the issue was being worked on. So I waited. 5 DAYS. 10 DAYS. 15 DAYS. 20 DAYS. Twenty days of repeatedly following up. Twenty days of waiting for an actual resolution. And after all that waiting… Google Support came back with essentially the same answer: «“It’s out of warranty. Pay for the repair.”» No meaningful resolution. No proper explanation. No accountability for the hardware failure. Then I raised the issue on the Google Community. My post was removed/deleted. Google even contacted me through DM after I raised the issue, but now that conversation is also on hold. No progress. No update. No response. This is not how a customer should be treated. I paid for a premium smartphone. I expected reliability and proper after-sales support. Instead, a device that suffered a diagnosed motherboard hardware failure has left me with a ₹41,269 repair demand. So, Google, this is my demand: Provide a fair resolution for this hardware failure and replace the motherboard FREE OF COST. Otherwise, I will pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer and legal channels. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Google Pixel — this is not just about a phone anymore. It is about how you treat your customers when something goes wrong. #GooglePixel8 #GoogleIndia #Pixel8 #GoogleSupport #ConsumerRights #HardwareFailure #GooglePixel
