@melkuwait I placed the order only after I was comfortable with the delivery date — I even built in a 2-day buffer. The delivery was still delayed by a week, by which point I’d already left the address. I spent hours on calls trying to get it resolved, but the process is needlessly complicated. I repeatedly asked to cancel the delivery since I was no longer there, but they have no contact with the delivery company — so one item was delivered to an address where I’m not present, while the other is now being returned. Despite all these inconveniences being on their end, they had the audacity to say they’d deduct charges from the return. This is customer service.
