@mcgurnsandra These are not homeless-they are dope addicts and those that won’t work or have been in prison. They don’t care about themselves or anyone else as long as they can leave the big messes they leave. People that are truly homeless seek out safe living places and any job that will help them get ahead. There are many shelters that will take them in to help them.
