This spot is in Nacka and is one of those places I discovered by chance and have been coming back to ever since. The kind of corner that makes the city feel very far away even though it is not. It's my smultronstället as we say here. Slow afternoons here feel like medicine. The light through the trees, the sound of water, the complete absence of any pressure to be anywhere or do anything. This is what recharging actually looks like for me. Not a luxury hotel or a busy itinerary but this. Stillness, nature and the deep exhale that comes with both.
