The San Francisco Peninsula | Fun Things to Do + Travel@thesfpeninsula One of the most breathtaking stretches of coastline on the Peninsula is officially open!! 🌊 As of today, visitors can explore the first publicly accessible portion of San Gregorio Ranch, a 238-acre coastal property that expands San Gregorio State Beach by more than 50%. A new trail now connects the ranch to the existing beach, opening up miles of incredible ocean views, coastal bluffs, wildlife, and a long stretch of shoreline. This is just the beginning. Additional areas of the ranch are expected to open in the future as the property transitions! 📍Planning a visit? The new entrance is located at the intersection of Highway 1 and Highway 84, with signs directing visitors to parking and the trailhead. They are toxic to marine life and polluted ocean with the flea collars and chemicals and dirt in their paws that is not part of ocean dogs should not be allowed on any beaches. And why would you want to walk on a beach filled with dog shit, piss owners who never clean up. Do your research do the science

@marksmusiccollection When I first lived in California in Palo Alto and Menlo Park in 1977 San Gregorio was the first beach I’d go to as it was off 84 which was close to me and it drops you out on 1 right by the beach .

@suzanneingalsbe My favorite. When I moved to SF in 1989...I drove to that beach every weekend for years. Gorgeous. And bought the best fruits & vegetables along the way. Such a long time ago & fantastic memories.
