@zuhalazizi999 Very disappointed with Cadillac. We purchased a 2026 Cadillac 7-seater, and within one year, we’ve had five different error issues. Now the AC is broken, and our vehicle has been at the dealership for almost two months, waiting for a part that still hasn’t arrived. We’ve contacted Cadillac multiple times but still haven’t received a proper response. Two months without our brand-new car is unacceptable. Very disappointed!
