@alexandraddisn currently a private flight attendant, i was proud of the accomplishment but that was it — constantly tired and burnt out and don’t feel as much like my creative self. currently planning the day i can be a full-time graphic designer, full-time dog mom and sticker maker ⭐️💗💐🥲

@twigzyisdying It’s so sad that we are always pushed so hard to “make something of ourselves” AKA climb the corporate ladder and make as much money as possible. People who enjoy a simpler, quieter, slower life working jobs such as a cafe, book shop, pet shop, etc. always get shamed by society for not wanting more, and get categorised as “lower class” and therefore worth less. Or we just get called lazy, unambitious, sad, boring, unskilled, etc. I hate with a passion how ingrained all of that is in our society. Maybe I don’t want to be a successful CEO. Maybe I just want to live my life and enjoy it.

@__earth.angel_ I left my bartender job to get a 9-5 and it was my biggest regret ever. I worked 3-4 days a week and made more money than I did at my 9-5. 🥲 I did it because I wanted to seem mature for working in an office. Super dumb decision lol.
