SEY Coffee@seycoffee What we hoped to create with SEY House was a space that felt open, curious, and rooted in a more democratic approach to coffee. Over four days, that idea came to life through hundreds of conversations, brews, tastings, and shared moments between producers, roasters, green buyers, baristas, home brewers, and guests from around the world. People brewed side by side, asked questions freely, shared ideas openly, and spent meaningful time around coffee without barriers between guests, professionals, and producers. What stayed with us most was the generosity of the atmosphere and the genuine curiosity that carried through the space from beginning to end. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us in San Diego and helped shape SEY House into what it became!
