Tag your friend that should learn salsa 🤭 I’ve teached hundreds of beginners and the number one mistake I see them making is trying to move too fast to new steps. Too complicated things, too fast, too soon. I’m always coming to them saying “your basic is breaking, 1, 2, 3…”. So I decided to share a few exercises that I see helping in class. We do more basics, but that’s also boring. So we do basic variations. Not only that, you can ALWAYS put arms, expressions and accent on top of the basic. Some people might say “I already know it” but do you know the 934928423 variations the move has when you combine more body parts?
