Episode 3 of MICROWAVE MAGIC✨a series where I make your favourite desserts at home only in a microwave 🙌🏻 Sunday dessert made easy with this 3-ingredient Caramel Pudding 🍮No eggs, no fuss, it is all things yummy and a must try for all caramel pudding lovers🥰 Ingredients For the caramel 🫶🏻2 tbsp sugar 🫶🏻2 tsp water For pudding 🫶🏻1+1/4 cup milk 🫶🏻2 tbsp sugar 🫶🏻2 tbsp custard powder Method 1. Add sugar and water in a microwave safe ramekin and heat on regular heating mode in a microwave for 3 mins. Make sure to check for the colour after 2 mins and stop and stir in between if required. The sugar should caramelise and become golden brown. 2. Now, in a bowl, add milk, sugar and custard powder and whisk till there are no lumps. Heat it in a microwave at regular heating mode for 4 minutes. Stop and stir the mixture after each minute to avoid the custard getting burnt or becoming too lumpy. 3. Pour the custard over the set caramel and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 4. Carefully demould it by keeping a plate on top of the ramekin and quickly flipping it to release. bake with shivesh, shivesh bhatia, caramel pudding, 3 ingredient recipes, pudding, recipes, quick recipes, desserts, microwave recipes, yummy, caramel, sunday dessert, weekend binge
