@19mcm00 Was in Montauk out on Ll where waves crashed over dunes and flooded some street in downtown. Many, many trees down and power was lost. Stayed at the Montauk Manor the highest elevated hotel 🏨 in Town. Bob was a tremendously fast storm with the wind, surf and rain ending by late afternoon/early evening. Went out for drinks with the family Summer Au Pair from Ireland 🇮🇪 - great times!

@bonjo52 My brother and his girl lived in Truro. I kept telling them to leave but no they wanted to stay. I remember calling him and he asked me how I got thru ! Then I heard this screeching, whining sound…. He said it was their sliding glass doors bowing into the room. 😮. They were ok. Out of power for 6 days. But they were lucky !

@rebelhorse I was 6!! It was during this storm that a pretty calico cat found it’s way to our door, head barely out of the puddles and we had her for 10 years!
