Finally home and feeling better after the best trip to Africa!!! And this video right here, one of the best moments…. An extremely speciel video, showcasing the flight of Papilio antimachus. The absolute luck we got to see THE biggest butterfly in Africa, Papilio antimachus, in the actual wild! This will be my favorite video for many many years, my chest bursts with happiness every time I watch it. This encounter is extremely rare. We were just so INCREDIBLE lucky to be there, at the right time to see it! And a big big credit goes out to @cameroonark and Lucien! Lucien is the best African bug hunter! He only sees P. Antimachus maybe 2-3 times a year if he’s lucky!
