During their first few months, they rely entirely on their mothers for warmth, milk, and protection. As they grow, their iconic black-and-white fur develops, and they begin exploring their surroundings with adorable clumsiness. By the time they’re a few months old, they start nibbling on bamboo, though they still depend on their mother for care. Their playful nature and slow development make them some of the most endearing animals in the wild.
