I was introduced to @protempehuk by @janicegabriel for this high quality tempeh for me to cook a few dishes for BOWLFUL photoshoot last year in London! Olivier, one of the co-founders arrived in his big bike delivering tempeh to the London studio and I was like ‘waiheeyy’, never seen Tempeh looking this chic and most importantly run by an independent local business that I always support as I know people like them are so passionate in what they’re doing. Thanks to Amalia and Olivier for this high quality tempeh and check out their IG @protempehuk to understand more what is tempeh! I reckon this will be big in the UK next year! Little bird told me! 😉 I lived in The Netherlands from 2018-2021 and I cooked a lot of dishes with tempeh as Indonesian cuisine is big in NL. This tempeh is made of soya beans and like my good friend Francis @francisbaktenkookt said, you must know how to cook and season this tempeh otherwise it will taste bland! There are 4 recipes in #bowlful using tempeh, I reckon tor you to cook with @protempehuk - they do online orders and if you’re in London, you might be lucky to have your tempeh delivered by Olivier in his big bike! 😁 ps Amalia, I think you too should have a big bike, or you have one already that I am not aware of? 🤔 😁
