About Maggys
Maggie's es una organización benéfica con centros de apoyo para personas afectadas por el cáncer. Fundada en 1995 por Maggie Keswick Jencks y Charles Jencks, ofrece información, asesoría práctica y talleres de bienestar como complemento a los tratamientos médicos convencionales. Los centros están ubicados cerca de hospitales del NHS en Reino Unido y también en el extranjero.
La iniciativa busca crear espacios acogedores y de contención emocional para pacientes y familiares. Queen Camilla ejerce como presidenta de la organización desde hace años. Maggie's promueve un enfoque integral de la salud mental durante el proceso oncológico.
