About Communitypartners
Community Partners serves as an intermediary organization that designs and implements community programs in partnership with local leaders and agencies. It provides initiative design, grants administration, technical assistance, and training to help community-based organizations build capacity and achieve goals. The work focuses on connecting resources and improving service delivery for residents.
The organization supports early childhood advocacy and food equity through re-granting initiatives. Community Partners recently co-led a nearly $10 million LA County grant program advancing food equity. It also collaborates with First 5 LA on policy and advocacy efforts. These partnerships aim to strengthen community services and ensure provider responsiveness to local needs.
