The viral TikTok blush hack uses the palm to press liquid blush onto cheekbones for a lifted, sculpted flush without brushes. TikToker @helloimsharon popularised the method by dotting NARS Liquid Blush on her palms, rubbing hands together, and pressing product onto the face for a natural glow. Another trending version uses a hand’s J-shape to guide precise blush placement along the cheek.
Creators also recommend layering cream and powder blush for long wear, or mixing blush into foundation to adjust shade using colour theory. Instagram creator RIZZ Mom Of Twins demonstrated a highly pigmented "Copper Spice" blush applied with a fluffy brush for a luminous effect.
