FOODbible@foodbible ⬇️ Jeremy Clarkson Shares Major Health And Farm Update 🌽 Jeremy Clarkson, 66, revealed during series five of Clarkson’s Farm that he had an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer which was caught at a “really early stage”; he underwent surgery to remove part of his prostate and has since confirmed he is in remission, having previously required a heart procedure. 🩺 After the programme won the inaugural Reality Docuseries prize at the National Television Awards, Clarkson said doctors could “mend you very quickly and easily,” explaining that he returned to work after two weeks but found missing much of the harvest “annoying.” 🏆 Season six is expected in 2027 and is almost finished filming, with Clarkson telling Radio Times: “We’ve nearly wrapped on six… and then who knows?”, leaving the possibility of a seventh series unresolved. 📺 The new series will feature what Clarkson called his worst farming mistake: badly drilling barley beside an exhibition route used by around 30,000 farmers, leaving Kaleb Cooper almost in tears and Clarkson feeling “so genuinely ashamed.” 🌾 Business at Diddly Squat and The Farmer’s Dog has been dictated by the weather—sun benefits the pub but damages the farm, while rain produces the opposite result—and Clarkson branded the farming year “catastrophic,” claiming he grew only “three ounces of hen food.” ☀️🌧️ 📸 Getty

@dangoddam Every year now with the weather I think I wonder how the farm is getting on . Bloody grass didn’t need cutting most this year so god knows how anything else grown .
