It’s a common misconception that being a dedicated parent means sacrificing your health. Framing parenting and fitness as an either/or choice is a disservice to your family. Children don’t just inherit your genetics; they inherit your daily habits. When you prioritize physical activity, you model the baseline for a healthy life. Staying fit directly impacts your parenting capacity, dictating your energy levels, stress management, and ability to actively play as they grow. Your kids aren’t the obstacle to your fitness—they are the primary reason to maintain it.

@2tall_6788 😂😂😂😂😂 the butt hurt comments

@jmrinthe405 I think everyone has an affliction and people go through terrible things in life and they reach for comfort and pain management. Kudos to those who keep the exterior looking good. But maybe they have some awful things inside of them or don’t treat others well. Food is comfort and pain management to one and fitness is the same for others. We all have things to work on.

@ke7inheads You had to use AI to make this point because much like AI your point is complete fabricated bullshit.

@der_weibe_engel_1078 THIS PAGE SUCKS ASS NOW

@civosokardnaxela *having healthy parents is a highly underrated luxury that too many children miss out on. Yet, nature allows (most) anyone to procreate. Yeah, true love stays fit together, one way or another.

@civosokardnaxela There's a fit middle, too, neither obsese nor a total gym rat. It's called staying home to get shit done. Like what people did for centuries before Reality TV made everyone so chunky they started needing elaborate gyms to replicate yard work.

@lillazores_90 Some people don’t have child care to go spend 2h at the gym. With 2 working parents who work 8-12h days it’s not easy. Unless you can afford a home gym. We go on walks weather permitting.

@maris_gr Children don’t care if you have a fit body. Don’t come up with bullshit excuses to make yourself more attractive to other women so you can have a side chick. Chill out Casanova , the dude with the dad bod is a much better human being.

@just_colton The guy on the right spends his whole day at the gym away from the family and is with his kids when the camera is rolling for his Instagram

@grahammillar85 This post is toxic. Just because the pair have a baby same age it’s perceived both situations are the same. That is never gonna be the case and so for folk to look and judge in an instant is poor form.

@fairy_tale_geckos 🙄🙄🙄

@alibarwise I don’t feel this photo truly reflects the statement as both men are exercising and also involving their kids which is great. However, I agree completely with the proposal that exercising as an adult despite the many responsibilities, challenges and time restrictions benefits your children in so many ways.
