The S&P 500 is now less than 1% away from a new record high 📈 Content collab with @stocks.news__, content partner All major indexes closed higher, with 8 of the S&P 500’s 11 sectors finishing green… Here’s what stood out: • Bloom Energy led the S&P 500, gaining more than 8.2% for its best day since September 8. • Microsoft led the Magnificent 7, rising more than 3.6% for its best day since August 3. It briefly hit a year-to-date high and is now up over 9.1% in 2026. • Meta was the Magnificent 7 laggard, falling more than 3.3% today. Despite that drop, it gained over 12% this week, its second-best week of the year.
