Meta Muse Charm: AI You Can Carry Meta has unveiled the Muse Charm, a tiny keychain-sized device designed to give users direct access to Meta’s Muse AI assistant without having to pull out or unlock a phone. Mark Zuckerberg revealed the device during Meta Connect 2026 as a surprise announcement. The small device features a screen displaying a customizable Muse avatar, a fingerprint sensor for activation, microphones, and connectivity including 5G. Users can tap the device and talk directly with Muse using real-time voice interaction. Meta says Muse is designed to do more than answer questions—it can help with tasks such as shopping, planning, emails and other actions through connected services. Muse is also coming to Meta’s AI glasses, giving users multiple ways to interact with their personal AI. The device has drawn comparisons to a modern Tamagotchi, because of its small screen and animated character, but instead of caring for a virtual pet, the character represents an AI assistant that you can talk to.
