I had a great tour of the Alta Dena Dairy Institute of California in the City of Industry last week, where we got an inside look at their production, packaging, and refrigeration processes.🥛🐄 It was also a valuable opportunity and experience to not only hear directly from industry leaders and workers on the frontlines but also to see their operations and challenges they are currently facing. As a state legislator, these conversations are important in helping us better understand the real-world impact of our policies on businesses and workers.
